Bridge: 2pm 5th July 2011
Yesterday, a serious neurological episode rapidly overtook our wonderful tuxie lad and he had to be helped to The Bridge. We were with him and he passed in one peaceful instant.
All we have right now is shock and sadness.
Whicky was a very special cat who, even though he had the roughest, most violent start in life, learned to trust humans and love them.
He loved all life and we love him still.
Goodbye most precious friend.

Whicky was very, very special to us. We always had him on our minds as you were one of our very first furriends on the CB and our debt to him for that cannot even begin to be repaid. He, along with Brian in the early days, helped us become part of a wonderful group of furriends, would comment on Twitter, and we were always happy to see him, that unmistakeable face and advocate for the underdog(cat).
He took our hearts with him since we absolutely loved him to pieces.

I so envy our cats. They just work with whatever hand life deals them. They don't worry about tomorrow and they don't regret yesterday. They just take things in stride and figure things out as they go, because they put one foot in front of the other and go on.

I didn't know until just now that Whicky has left for the Bridge. I am very much saddened by the news. He was such a spirited and feisty kitty.
Thankyou for coming to celebrate my 14th birthday with me. My SS has just returned from your part of the world and she loved it.
So sorry on his passing. My mom and dad and I know how it feels to lose a best friend. Everyone is thinking of you all.
